1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a donation to the GGF Trust, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from donating.

2. Purpose of Donations

All contributions will be used exclusively to further the objectives of the GGF Trust, including but not limited to:

  • Establishing educational institutions (e.g., Gita Global Gurukuls, schools, universities).

  • Operating humanitarian services (e.g., hospitals, shelters, disaster relief programs).

  • Publishing and disseminating spiritual literature (e.g., Bhagavad-Gita and related materials).

  • Organizing events, seminars, and awareness campaigns.

  • Supporting community development initiatives (e.g., poverty alleviation, environmental conservation).

3. Tax Deductibility

  • Donations may qualify for tax deductions under applicable laws in your country. The GGF Trust will issue an official receipt for all donations, which may be used for tax purposes.

  • Donors are solely responsible for verifying the tax-deductible status of their contributions with local tax authorities.

4. Refund Policy

  • Donations are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., unauthorized or fraudulent transactions), refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the donation. The Trust will evaluate such requests at its discretion.

5. Transparency and Accountability

  • The GGF Trust is committed to financial transparency. Donors may request a summary of fund utilization by submitting a written request.

  • Annual financial reports will be made available on the Trust’s official website or shared directly with registered donors.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during the donation process (e.g., name, email, contact details) will be kept confidential and used solely for:

    • Issuing donation receipts.

    • Sending updates about GGF activities (if explicit consent is provided).

  • Donor information will not be shared with third parties without prior permission, except as required by law.

7. Payment Methods

Donations may be made via:

  • Online payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking).

  • Bank transfers (account details provided on the donation page).

  • Cheques/drafts payable to "Gita Global Family Trust."

  • The Trust is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the donor.

8. International Donations

  • International donors are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or legal restrictions imposed by their financial institutions or local laws.

  • Donations must comply with all applicable regulations in the donor’s country.

9. Amendments to Terms

The GGF Trust reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on the official website, and continued donations constitute acceptance of the changes.
