A

Answer

As far as I know, your complete bio-data had not arrived on that number. Either it was received but those people did not present it before me, or perhaps you did not post it.

Before prescribing medicine, it is necessary for the physician to understand the patient. Only then does the medicine prove most beneficial. I do not wish to ask anyone for their bio-data on this number because it is a personal matter. That is why I provide the office number. People also do not wish to speak openly in a public forum — for that reason too, I provide a separate number. So please do not take it otherwise.

Seeing your eagerness, I am truly delighted — because when there is no eagerness, there is no attainment either.

In truth, we are all travelers — pilgrims on the journey toward Moksha, toward Vaikuntha. But just as a ticket is required for an airplane, a ticket is required to reach there as well. There is no free travel. And that ticket is not in rupees or dollars — the currency there is altogether different. I had told you about that very currency, to which you responded that it is a very difficult currency.

After your question, Shri Chandra Sen had also asked a question. Please read the answer to that one carefully.

The role of a guide or guru is to show the path — the right path. There is no better Google Map for reaching Vaikuntha and Moksha than the Bhagavad Gita. That is precisely why I guided you using this Google Map. But walking those paths is the traveler's own task. And everyone's journey is personal. So do not be disheartened. You must walk the path yourself — your guide or guru cannot walk it in your place.

The verses from the Bhagavad Gita that I had shared with you — the sentiments, thoughts, and life-values contained in those verses — to truly imbibe them is to become a Mahatma, a Dharmatma. As far as I know, one cannot reach there without becoming a Dharmatma.

The Lord has described a very simple method for becoming a Dharmatma in the Bhagavad Gita. Typing Sanskrit verses on this keyboard is difficult, so I cannot type them immediately. I have to copy and paste the verses. Let me convey the gist to you now, and I will post the actual verses later.

The Lord says that even the most sinful person, if he begins to worship Me with ananya-bhava (exclusive, single-pointed devotion), quickly becomes a Dharmatma. Note that 'ananya' means no other deity — only the One. And let me also mention that worshiping other deities does not necessarily make one a Dharmatma, because those deities are either rajasic or tamasic in nature. Ravana performed tapas and devotion to Shiva, but he did not become a Dharmatma because that was not Shiva's domain. Compassion and kindness toward all living beings and becoming a Dharmatma is possible only through devotion to Shri Hari or His avatars — Shri Rama and Shri Krishna — this is what the scriptures declare.

Therefore, choose any one — Shri Hari, Shri Rama, or Shri Krishna — and devote your entire mind to Him. You will naturally begin to become a Dharmatma. But devotion to Him will awaken only when you read their scriptures — the Ramcharitmanas, the Bhagavata Purana, and the Bhagavad Gita. Please do this much.

Later, when time permits, I will also teach you a meditation practice that is very simple yet has an immediate impact on your character — you begin to transform right away. I would like to teach that meditation practice to all members of this group who have an intense desire to become Dharmatma. Please give me a little time. I am departing abroad on the 26th from here, and a great deal of preparation is needed for that. I may have to be away for a long time, so it becomes necessary to complete pending tasks.

I can say this much to you — I can guarantee — that whoever among you truly desires it, the Lord will be compelled to draw near to them. God will have no other option.
