It is our mission to alleviate both spiritual and material poverty. In the Gita Dham complex, therefore, while the Gita temple takes care of spiritual development, the Poverty Alleviation Centre takes care of the amelioration of poverty of the people around the Gita Dham complex. Farmers are skilled at the PAC in the latest and appropriate agriculture techniques and crop substitution. Those who do not possess enough land are trained in vocational trades to become plumbers and electricians, for example. It serves the people without regard to their Faith, race, or caste.
